Returns and Exchanges

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the product(s). Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale and promotional items are excluded from this policy and remain subject to our regular return/exchange terms.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Processing: We accept order cancellations before the product has been processed. If cancelled during this time, you will receive a full refund.
  • After Shipping: If the product has already been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return/Exchange Conditions

  1. All items must be returned in their original condition:
  • Must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • All tags must remain attached.
  1. Items must be returned with their original boxes and packaging.
  2. All items in an order must be returned in one package.
  3. Return/Exchange shipments must use the same service as the original delivery.
  4. Returns/Exchanges can only be made from the country to which the order was originally shipped (e.g., orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US).
  5. Customized items cannot be returned.
  6. Returns/Exchanges are not free of charge. Customers are responsible for any import and shipping fees.
  7. For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Underwear briefs
  • Certain jewelry, make-up, and skincare products
  • Swimwear briefs and swimsuits (unless the sanitary liner strip is intact)

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be returned or exchanged. Naturally, no additional fees apply in these cases.

Rejections

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original condition.

If we reject your request, you will be informed, and you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your expense.


How to Return an Item or an Entire Order?

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Start the return process by contacting our Customer Service team with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

Step 2: Prepare the Package

Insert the receipt, along with the items, into the original packaging.

Step 3: Arrange the Return

Ship the package using the same service as the original delivery. Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., customs forms) is included to avoid delays.
